Paulina López
Head of Consultancy and Coaching
Paulina is a Coach, Speaker, and Consultant, committed to driving sustainable growth in organizations through disruptive strategies, agile structures, and a positive culture that promotes the well-being and development of leaders within the company.
Passionate about the human potential for success and well-being, Paulina decided to complement her studies in Tourism Business Management and Psychology with a master's degree in Positive Leadership. Additionally, she holds certifications in The Empowerment Dynamics, Rhythm, Consultant, ExO Coach and Trainer, Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, and Project Management, among others.
Paulina has co-authored the book "From Start Up to Scale Up" and the first edition of the "Workplace Well-Being Summary," and she is the co-creator of the Impact X model alongside Daniel Marcos. As the co-founder of Neuva, she has worked with companies across multiple sectors in Latin America and the United States, transforming their cultures and structures to foster more productive and positive work environments, significantly impacting thousands of people and organizations.
Since 2011, she has been the execution arm of Scaling Up for Growth Institute and currently serves as the Director of Coaching and Consulting for this firm, focused on multiplying reach, scaling impact, and reducing drama in organizations.
Miguel González

Miguel is a Business Coach, Speaker, and Consultant, committed to helping people become happier and more productive. He started his career as an Industrial Engineer and was awarded a scholarship by the European Union to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial Management, where he discovered that tolerance, multiculturalism, and a focus on people are key to achieving results more quickly and with less drama.
With over 8 years of experience as a business coach, Miguel has supported companies in Mexico, the United States, Latin America, Spain, and South Africa. He is certified as a Business Coach by Rhythm Systems and as an ExO Coach and Consultant. Additionally, he has been recognized as one of the top 100 CIOs in Mexico.
As a national and international speaker, Miguel has shared his message of Exponential Happiness at events such as the Volcano Innovation Summit (Guatemala), INCMty (Monterrey), and Future of HR (South Africa), aiming to inspire leaders and teams to create happier and more productive work environments.
